The electrical lifter eliminates the need for a separate hydraulic pump by using a compact self-contained electrical actuator to provide the lifting power.  Three different lifter styles are available for different cart types: US, Euro & Combo.  The electrical lifter may be installed onto a front load waste can, a compactor, or industrial stand for dock use.   Keyed operation prevents unauthorized use.
